I’m disappointed in my experience with Massage Envy and will likely not be a returning customer. I received a gift card and decided to schedule a couple massage for my husband and I. I called a few locations and was finally connected with the location that had a double room which is needed for the service we wanted. We were quoted an amount at time of scheduling. SCAM OF A COMPANY AND INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for months and they make it impossible. Not only do you have to come in and high they make clear if you call to cancel BUT then apparently the manager has to be there which they don’t make clear so people don’t waste their time. IVE HAD THEIR MEMBERSHIP FOR 2 YEARS AND WITH OVER 18 credit unused. THEY ARE AWFUL AND GREEDY
