Should not leave with a cut on your face. Was also charged for 90 mins and was only seen for 60 mins. Tera was my facialist. I have been here before and had excellent service. However, this will be the last time I come to this location. I added a photo as well.
This was the worse massage I ever paid for. They asked all kinds of questions upfront but the guy doing the massage act d like he had never done a massage before. I left feeling worse than I did when I came in. I will never use this place again.
This was my first massage at this location and I was excited because it is right next door to my apartment. The massage (by William) was great - he targeted the areas that I requested really well. The problem is that, during the whole massage, I could hear people talking, yelling, laughing and slamming doors. There were people out in the hallway joking around and then a lady was getting a massage in the room next to me. She was literally yelling to her massage therapist the whole visit. I was visiting from out of state and my neck and upper back were really tight. I was surprised they were able to get me in so quickly. My therapist was Alexzan; she was absolutely incredible. She customized my massage for focus on specific areas and I left feeling a million times better than when I walked in. She truly is a master of her art! ❤️
