I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience here. I called on September 30th to cancel my membership and was told the manager would process it and call me back. I never received a call. I followed up on October 1st and was told again that the manager would call me by noon. No one called and the membership payment still came out! Scheduled my mom an appointment and the front desk was super helpful since it was her first time. Check out was a breeze. Mom enjoyed the massage. Business Manager Lucy was awesome. Thank you!
Massage was great, but paid for 1 hour and only received 45 minutes of actual massage time. Perhaps that’s in the fine print & I didn’t read it carefully. Nonetheless, did not receive the full hour I paid for.
I wish I could give zero stars. The girl that signed me up told me she set it up so it would not auto renew after my 6 months. Well, I still got charged and when I called it they said there was no way to do that and I had to fill out cancelation paperwork. They need to do better training. I'm out a other $80 because their employees don't know whay they are doing.
