The employees will tell you false information and completely mislead you to get you to sign up for a membership and then tell you that you cant cancel it. Even when you ask them questions when youre signing up, they will tell you one thing when the contract says another. Be cautious if you plan to sign up for a membership here. You better read the 12 page contract cause you cannot believe what they are telling you.
This Massage Envy is one of the BEST locations in Phoenix! Everytime I've been to this location they go above and beyond for its clients..Sydney is amazing at her work espcially her Facials. She made me feel really comfortable before she did her work
When you try to cancel your membership they drag you around and keep charging you after you sign their cancelation form. They don't let you cancel. They used to let you use your extra points for other services while getting a facial. Then they let you use half of the points and now nothing
Tonight I had one of the worst massages I’ve probably ever had in my life. Leeann was my therapist. I felt like our “consultation” was rushed and the whole massage was anything but relaxing. She was extremely aggressive and erratic acting during my massage which was unusual behavior as normally when you get a massage it’s calm and relaxing and slow paced but nope this was the opposite.
