When you try to cancel your membership they drag you around and keep charging you after you sign their cancelation form. They don't let you cancel. They used to let you use your extra points for other services while getting a facial. Then they let you use half of the points and now nothing

Tonight I had one of the worst massages I’ve probably ever had in my life. Leeann was my therapist. I felt like our “consultation” was rushed and the whole massage was anything but relaxing. She was extremely aggressive and erratic acting during my massage which was unusual behavior as normally when you get a massage it’s calm and relaxing and slow paced but nope this was the opposite. So today I had an appointment with Alex and he was really nice and friendly, but I don’t think I like his massage technique. The entire massage was mainly just forearms being used and elbows but I prefer more hands to be used than elbows and forearms. It just doesn’t feel as good. Just disappointing. I feel bad to complain because he was very nice.

Staff says they call to remind you of your appointments but I never have missed calls or messages from them. Then the day of the appointment I get called and told I missed it, but those seem to always go through. I told them I want to cancel my membership and they said I had to fill out paperwork and had to have a medical condition to cancel.
