So Disappointing. I had an appointment last week with Heather then they called me and cancelled my appointment, told me that she's not going to make it to work. They told me to re-schedule so I did with Ebony the following Friday and due to unforeseen circumstances, appointment with Ebony got cancelled again!
This place is a mess. Between the useless call center and the teenagers manning the front, the experience is always messy and stressful. Massages are fine but booking sucks.
My experience at Massage Envy at Norterra is always great. My appointments always start on time and my masseuse, Todd, does a great job and always has helpful information for me.
