Be wary. No they're making you tip the masseuse's separate now with a 5% fee charge which is illegal. They can't charge a fee without telling you for one and also charging more than 3% in Arizona is illegal and also charging more than 4% is federal law. Shame on you and your corporate for charging that. Always trying to take more from the clients and make money off credit cards is illegal. I left a $20 tip and they charged my card $21.08. The staff is so so welcoming and sweet, they genuinely care about their job and the customers and you can feel it in the atmosphere. The staff is incredible and also very mindful and respectful. I felt so comfortable and received the best massage I’ve ever had.
Have the membership every month has been great. Front desk girls are nice. The only downside is that they are too busy so you need to call days ahead to schedule an appointment.
