If I could give a worse review than a 1 star I would. Booked a 10 AM massage. Showed up at 9:52. Waited until 10:10 front desk clerk came in and said therapist was running a little late. Walking out at 10:27 because the person is not showing up per the front desk clerk and they are booked back to back. Don’t schedule here
I always receive excellent services at this location. Everyone is professional and friendly. I’m only giving 4 stars because one time I had an appointment booked, and the masseuse didn’t show up! So I had wasted time and child care, etc in turn for nothing but an option to reschedule the appointment. I’ve since then decided to cancel my membership and go elsewhere, but when they show up, the care is magnificent!
The lady who signed me up didn’t tell me I’m locked into a year service. I hate this company.
I was very confused with my massage. Tammy was an absolute sweetheart and she was kind, but the whole thing was kind of a mess. I felt like there was no technique to the massage at all. All over the place. Also I’m pretty sure she fell asleep during my massage. She kept fading in and out. Pausing for long periods of time. I almost had to move as if I was waking her back up. (Which I have empathy for. I kept thinking she must have had a rough night or long day) I felt sorry for her. But I spent $100 there. $80 for the massage... read more
Very unhappy with this place, specially with Morgan who will tell you that she will help you with an issue and forget about it, tell you that she will call you the next day and just forget. I waited for a couple of months to hear back from her, I ended up calling her back my self just for her to tell me there is nothing she can do to help and she even said that she totally forgot about it.
