Two things I wish I would have known before getting a membership here: “One Hour” massages are actually 50 minutes and those 10 minutes make a difference. Also, To cancel your membership there is a 10 day processing window to ensure you are charged an extra month. I wasn’t aware of this and called to get cancellation expedited but was told there were many cancellations in front of me and now have been charged an extra month. Go to a locally owned massage studio instead of here.
Clunky is the word that comes to mind when I think of the massage I just had. Definitely was not worth the price and I regret coming unfortunately. My wonderful husband booked it for me after finding out my mom has cancer to be nice and I feel awful because it was quite possibly one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. The technique was quite strange and not relaxing whatsoever. Will not be back. Wish he could be refunded for the money he put towards it :(
It was rainy to the point of being very dangerous. I asked to reschedule because my elder mother who is 80 would have a hard time do to the rain. They would not reschedule even if it was safety reasons. DO NOT JOIN THEOR MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE THE CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. They would rather charge you for a missed call than give you a massage. They are nothing about the customer! DO NOT JOIN YOU WILL BE HELD HOSTAGE AND ITS ALMOST IMPOSSIBE TO BE REASED FROM MEMBERSHIIP.
I had a problem with one of the new esthetican and the manger told me that all she could do was tell me to leave a review so here it is this place is trash.
I had a 90-minute relief massage with Emily. It was one of the best of my life! I even signed up for a membership. This was worth EVERY penny.
