This location refuses to honor grandfathered rate for 30 min massage, manager thinks I am asking for a discount, I have been a member for 20 years and the grandfathered rate is earned! ME corporate is useless, all locations are independently owned and operated.
I have requested a call from the manager for Mt Prospect and Palatine Illinois. It has been two weeks, and Chelsea is ignoring my request to discuss the matter of paying out of pocket for my grandfathered rate for the 30-minute portion of a 90 minute massage. I came to cancel my membership 20 days before my payment date or renewal date is, lady who works there Soul advised me to reconsider my decision and she said that I have time until 20th of the month, I came on 19th and the same lady told me that the processing time is 10 days, she never mentioned that when I came first time because I will cancel it right away, so they will charge me another month even i didn't want to have one more month, so for the ones that dosent know don't do a same mistake like I did, cancel it right aw... read more
