Have to do this to help others! But not surprising all these negative reviews I have now been reading Avoid this location -- Dedham/Norwood -- at all possible costs!!! Less than an hour before my appointment -- which was a joint appointment with a friend planned well in advance -- I get message that my side of the appointment was cancelled. No real apology. I don't leave reviews, but I came in last night and the two receptionists where speaking very loud about their personal life and one of them took a call about her friend setting her up with a guy and could hear everything they were saying. I felt so comfortable and not welcomed I wanted to cancel but knew if i did i would be charged. would like a manager to contact me to discuss further.

Had a massage here recently and was far from relaxing experience due to front desk male manager & staff. While getting my massage all you can hear loud male manager talking in a screaming voice and other staff laughing, also talking loud. I listened to their whole conversation for an hour. Next while leaving male manager chases me down stressing about a $10 difference from my membership and their store rate.
