Hands down! The worst massage I’ve ever received in my life from Christoph, 11/25 @ 2:45pm. I had a massage today and unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There was no sense of expertise, precision, or intention behind the massage. It honestly felt like the therapist was just aggressively rubbing oil on me rather than addressing any muscles or tension. this the worst franchise. I was sick with food poisoning two hours before my massage and they charged me the whole 80.00 on my contract. Two days later i had rescheduled the massage and two hours before the massage they cancelled because their therapist was sick. The only thing they would do is give me a 10.00 enhancement . Doesn’t seem fair. They should be understanding when you are sick. I have two more months on the contract and I will only go to massage envy Northville. I would not recommend massage envy to anyone.

The manager here is delightful very nice and has great costumer service skills. But my massage wasn’t the greatest I asked for medium firmness and the lady gave me extra firm. She dug her elbows into ribs and rubbed my neck extra aggressively. It was not calming at all I was clinching my muscles the entire time because of how bad it felt. If I rated just the massage alone it would be a 1/5 but the managers skill at the front made things slightly better
