Had my first ever massage a couple of weeks ago with Brazil and I immediately became a member afterwards. It was amazing! I felt like I was floating afterwards. Today, I had my second session with my member's discount with Stephanie. I thought Brazil was good, but Stephanie really confirmed why I got this membership. These two ladies have the hands of a God. Excited for my next session. Contemplating if I should try another masseuse or stick with one of these two!
The “general mgr” Maggie needs a lesson in accountability! I took my sister here as a birthday gift. The massage was good, the facial was basically ok. However when you call a customer to confirm an appt & the customer arrives but you screwed everything up the booking & then change the cost of the services paid for in advance it becomes unacceptable.
