I went in for a massage and facial, and as usual the massage was excellent, but the facial was quite disappointing. Before the treatment I told the aesthetician about my concerns, which I thought would be easily treatable, but when I got home and looked in a mirror, I noticed no difference. Keomah was so kind and not too rough. I didn’t expect to feel comfortable since it was my first time getting a massage here, but the conversation and massage were top tier
Jazzy the therapist was very skilled and did a great job with my tense knots. She has strong hands and knew the exact areas to exert the right amount of pressure. I loved every minute of the deep tissue massage. Moreover she was punctual and gave me all the time that was allotted. Thank you Jazzy! The front office staff were courteous the ambiance of the place soothing and calm. I would recommend this location.
Annika is an excellent esthetician. Highly recommend! Massage Envy is a great company, always consistent. I’ve had so many great experiences at different locations, and the Culver City location is one of the best. Unforgettable.
