I signed up for a 6 mos contract was unhappy with my massages but knew I had to keep it for 6 mos after 3 mos they stopped debiting out of my acct I was happy but then all at once 150. Was with drew, no explanation as to why I called but apparently the mgr Leah is never there called 3x asking for her and wanting to cancel and let my wife use my prepaids I had 5, at first they said yes she could then spoke to mercie who said no that I had to use them all within 30 days or lose them, this is a terrible policy I assume massage ... read more
