Ive been attending this location for a few years now and I just wanted to say that Mikayla is a joy holding down the front. The masseuse’s are kind and respectful and the process of the facial is clean and comfortable. All around a great experience.
Got there to buy product… no one at the front desk. Went back into the halls, there were people waiting for their massages that had not been checked in. It was 12 minutes past the hour, and their massages were now going to start late. Meanwhile, in order to find someone to help everyone, had to go back and open the door to the break room where there were three people just sitting there. If I was the management of the location, I would be really upset.
Do not sign up for membership here. It will cost you more money in the end. Beware as there are policies in place that charge you to transfer fee. They will not voluntarily let you know your credits on file. You can’t view any transactions information via the app. No contact information whatsoever. No refunds on unused credits. It’s basically a legal scam the therapists are great the company is terrible. Never sign up!!!!
By far the best location in the valley! I drive from north Scottsdale to see Kimmy. I love her! I’ve been seeing her for the last few months and my skin has never looked better! I highly encourage the membership too. I didn’t go for like a year because I was scared to go to anyone else and I stacked up credits. But now it’s my ritual to go at least once and sometimes even twice a month. Everyone at this location has been super friendly and welcoming as well.
