I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at Carefree Massage Envy. The therapist exceeded the consent I gave, made inappropriate comments about my underwear, and used the table in a way that brought her uncomfortably close. She frequently left the room or walked around, and at times it sounded like moaning or heavy breathing. I came in for pain relief but left stressed and in pain. I have contacted corporate and the manager and am waiting to hear back. I hope no one goes through what I went through.
Feeling great
I don’t know if it is just the individual massage therapist or the company as a whole but the last couple experiences have been disappointing. I’ll always tip no matter if it was “terrible” or “great” which I really should not do that. That being said when you’re spending nearly $100 for an (hour) of relaxation, a (GOOD) massage that is what you expect to have paid for.
I wasnt able to cancel my massage without pay $195 even though my mom had a stroke. I was excited as heck for the massage but after finding that out. I knew I wouldn't be able to relax. I submitted a request like I was told and never heard anything from anyone
