Absolutely awful experience, therapist was rude, argumentative and did the complete opposite of what was asked... I actually got up in middle of massage and left.Asked to speak with the manager, and 1 was not on duty. Waited 48 hours for the manager to call back and am still waiting to get this rectified 5 days later. Left 2 messages for the manager.

Warning Customers! We have Never been ripped off so badly by a business! They continue to charge our credit card company after our membership ran out and we told them we are finished. The website does not have an email address so you will not be able to cancel. Their receptionist agreed that this happens all the time. They will not give you the cancellation form but verbally tell you it is cancelled. They will then deny it but keep charging! When you try to contact them, the call center puts you on hold for hours. David got to the bottom of my problem at once! My back was in terrible pain from a tumble down some stairs. He massaged it away and knew the place in my back that was the place to start. In addition, his legs’ and shoulders ‘ massage erased the stress and discomfort. I felt heavenly! He is experienced and knows the body!! It was wonderful!
