The one star is owed solely to the masseuse(s) being quite good. The management is some of the most unprofessional business dealings I've ever encountered. WOMEN WHO CAN BECOME PREGNANY: DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! They canceled my appointment, saying that massages can't be done on early pregnant women, even though their website says that massages are great for women at ANY stage of pregnancy. So I asked them to cancel my membership since I do not want facials. I don't like them at all and its the only service they will do on me. They won't. FRAUDULENT/SCAM. Cancelled my membership with a doctors note (the only way to do so) and am still being charged. Do not come here!!
