I got suckered into the “membership” for $80/month. I specifically asked if I could cancel at any time and was cheerfully told “yes!” It took a month of back and forth for the manager to get back to me after I left multiple voice mails and emails. She would not honor the word of the front desk. It is a shame because I do think they have good providers.
Had a massage there last night. I've been a member for years. And this was my first time booking with Karen. But it may be the best massage I've ever had! She's got a very different technique. My muscles are always in spasm. Electrolyte imbalance. And she's probably the only therapist who's ever made me feel like it made a difference. Staff was very professional and polite. They helped me find a time that worked for my bestie and I spent we could both get massages and then go out to lunch. The Korean spot they recommended was the perfect place for us to catch up afterwards.
Amazing time out .
