I emailed and called to say I was unhappy and was only refunded my add on service. I got 60-70% of what I paid for and only refunded 10% back. My membership was cancelled in April but they still charge my card for 80$ every month. I will go there today i i will see why they still charge my card. I dont recommend this place!
SUSHILA IS THE BEST AT MASSAGE ENVY GARDEN CITY!! I have had a membership with Massage Envy now for over 13 years now, I have got to be one of the longest member there! With that said, I am pretty picky with who I go with because I look for certain things to be done. I want a therapist to be consistent.
