Waited one month for an appointment. Only for them to call me the day before and cancel it. They dont even have a waiting list. Hopefully I get a date in june.
I got an exfoliating facial done from here and I am extremely disappointed with the results. My face is covered in marks, feels incredibly tight, dry, irritated, and honestly it looks even worse in person than in the pictures. I went for a facial plus an add on service. I got a percentage of my time because the service provide was running late. I emailed and called to say I was unhappy and was only refunded my add on service. I got 60-70% of what I paid for and only refunded 10% back. The vibe here is definitely that they want to churn out as many numbers to keep a corporate standard.
