SUSHILA IS THE BEST AT MASSAGE ENVY GARDEN CITY!! I have had a membership with Massage Envy now for over 13 years now, I have got to be one of the longest member there! Front desk receptionist were very respectful and helped explain membership and more
They give great massages but when it comes to the desk staff, I do not know why it takes them forever to check me out, it especially takes them a really long time when I pay with a gift card. they need to work on that because paying should be as quick and painless as possible lol
I’m a member at the Commack location, but I go to all of them because they’re all friendly enough. I signed up for a last minute opening of a massage after they reached out to me, but then the weather changed and it began down pouring. Due to the sudden change in weather I feel really nervous about driving in the rain so I called back to cancel (3 hours beforehand) and they charged me anyways
