Looking for information that would help my Husband who plays golf and never had a massage before. Kari the manager sat down with me and explained all the services that are offered and which would be a good fix for my Husband. She was very professional ,knowledgeable and thorough . I definitely will purchase for Father's Day.
Therapists are wonderful. Management is terrible. Lack of communication and no follow through. They knew I wanted to cancel my membership but yet never emailed me the form to complete. Kept playing phone tag. I was charged for monthly six times.
Massage started late and ended early (i got just over 40 minutes of actual massage time for the allotted 50 minutes of the hour long massage). I asked for a receipt and nothing was emailed to me. Will go back to the previous company. The technique was fine and the room was clean.

Very poor customer service, cancelled the annual subscription both in person and via the required form emailed to the address on the form, still not cancelled and continue charging, very rude front desk employees
