I had a very disappointing experience at Massage Envy. My massage was not relaxing at all in fact, it was painful. The therapist worked at a fast pace and used far too much pressure. I asked multiple times for a softer touch, but it continued to hurt. At the end, I was rushed out while I still had exfoliant on my body. The therapist mentioned wanting to talk, but then abruptly told me to leave, which felt unprofessional and confusing.
