My most recent Massage envy service was 60 minute massage with Stefany did a great job loosening up my problem areas in my neck, back, and shoulders.
Giving them one star is still not deserving. I was scheduled for a 1.5 hour massage and facial. I was apparently texted the night before with the notification that my massage was cancelled. I never received a message. Mind you I also never received a reminder texts of my appointment. Heading to my appointment, we find out that my massage was cancelled, by my husband calling them to confirm. Had my first stretch session with Bre and she was fantastic. Helped push me through to my limits, but never feeling like I was going to actually break. Definitely looking forward to more sessions in the future.
Jailynn was informative of how to treat my skin and what I should do in my daily skin care. She was very pleasant and courteous.
