I booked once on the website that was confirmed and came in early for my scheduled apt and they said it didn’t go through on their side so they rescheduled me there for the next week. The day of that appointment they called only a couple hours before my appointment I got the voicemail from them saying the person I was scheduled with called off last minute and they canceled on me. Was having problems with neck pain went in and was talked into buying a membership. I was told I could cancel at anytime. I went that one visit and did not help me at all. So I didnt go back and I forgot to cancel. A couple of months went by and I realized that I was being charged monthy. I called them to cancel it and they told it was a 12 month membership and sorry aboit that but you signed it. I wasnt asking for any money back just to cancel something I wasnt using. Thats garbage.
