If I could leave 0 stars I would. My boyfriend noticed on Friday morning June 20th that there was 2 separate charges from this location in specific taking out $750 and another for $225. $975 total. We have not been to massage envy since 2023. And did not authorize them to take almost $1000 out of our account from us. Boyfriend had to call the manager on Friday and tell him to refund us our money. Which they did for the $750. Thank you to the manager Jessica and my therapist Megan I had a horrible first time but Jessica corrected everything and Megan was great !!!
Been going here for a while now and I must say all the workers are great but Jessica is my favorite! She really know how to make u sore the next day! (In a good way) haha but great place to go, everyone is always polite!
Just had a massage with Megan- so, so wonderful! Great technical skill and professionalism. I highly recommend her! A very positive first experience at Massage Envy and would return!
