Do NOT sign up for a membership here, they have very limited appointments, and they continue to charge your account despite telling them to cancel your membership I have now had to dispute 3 charges from them with my bank, all of which has been refunded to me and I’ve now called the bank to deactivate my card, and issue a new number so they can no longer use it Yet they still continue to charge me without providing services (limited appointments availability) Besides their sketchy business ethics, not a single massage therap... read more
Location is a Subscription Trap scam! Review is for management only. All the therapists I’ve seen are great, IF you can ever see one. And that’s a huge if. I signed up for a second 6-month membership and almost immediately started having issues. No appointments available for 6 weeks or more in advance and even if you do book months in advance they have such a revolving door of therapists or therapists randomly changing their hours there’s no actual telling if you can keep that appointment or when you can get a re-book when t... read more
This is EASILY THE BEST massage envy location I've ever been to! My prior 1 star review was left years ago and it has completely new ownership, incredible massage therapists and Alli at the front desk is honestly worth a million bucks She is SO EASY to communicate with and goes above and beyond to help you get appointments.
