Location is a Subscription Trap scam! Review is for management only. All the therapists I’ve seen are great, IF you can ever see one. And that’s a huge if. I signed up for a second 6-month membership and almost immediately started having issues. This is EASILY THE BEST massage envy location I've ever been to! My prior 1 star review was left years ago and it has completely new ownership, incredible massage therapists and Alli at the front desk is honestly worth a million bucks She is SO EASY to communicate with and goes above and beyond to help you get appointments. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My boyfriend noticed on Friday morning June 20th that there was 2 separate charges from this location in specific taking out $750 and another for $225. $975 total. We have not been to massage envy since 2023. And did not authorize them to take almost $1000 out of our account from us. Boyfriend had to call the manager on Friday and tell him to refund us our money. Which they did for the $750.
