Had a massage frist and last time their! I paid for 60 min massage and foot treat ment.. was told by amy that it is a 50 min massage 10 min off talking ang charging clothes!!! Srry but that's crazy! I did get the 60 mins . Because she was nice when I told her my thought about that. Felt like amy was overworked and not well trained.2 stars because she was very kind..but worst massage just rubbing...again I felt she was very overworked!!
I’ve been a member for many years, and have been really happy with my services. I have go-to people depending on whether I want a relaxing session, or deeper muscle work, or a custom facial. Most recently, I had a concern about my membership status and billing, and I was COMPLETELY impressed with how the business manager Lydia Machalek handled it. Great therapist, great service
They trap you in a corner and refuse to let you leave without a membership. I practically had to fist fight my way out.
Just had a wonderful facial with Iulia. What an incredible experience. Life has been coming at me hard and fast lately. Iulia was a balm to my body and my spirit. I left there and sat in my car and cried. Her tender care allowed me to release so much pent up stress. She was just what I needed. God is definitely working through Iulia.
