This place sold us a gift card for $75.00 that refused to honor because they cannot see it in their updated system. Do not buy any gift cards from them. Also poor management. Never refunded or replaced the card.
I had an unpleasant experience. Maybe the therapist I saw was having a bad day, nonetheless she was rude and coarse. My back is injured again because that lady forcefully pressed on my spine, after I explained I had a herniated disc. When we spoke of the desired force before the massage and I said medium, she interrupted me and said "well I go hard" I had to ask repeatedly for her to ease up. I have been trying to cancel my membership for MONTHS without a response. This place is the pits! Only two therapists - one being a woman who is extremely rude and it feels like I'm in a boxing ring and the other a man, which I don't feel comfortable with. Can't ever get a day or time that works for me. I have disputed all charges on my credit card. Stay clear of this place!
It was relaxing and perfect.
