front desk is very knowledgeable. this clinic is very clean. therapists listen to my needs and are friendly. i def recommend this massage envy to anyone who is looking to get a facial or massage.
I’ve been a loyal Massage Envy customer for eight years, but my experience at the Leesburg location was a disaster. The new manager was extremely unprofessional, shouted at me in public, and threatened to call the police over an unjust charge/ a service that I never got but was charged; sort of extortion. I canceled my eight-year membership on the spot and will not return unless I receive a sincere apology and she’s replaced. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I’ll be sharing my experience widely.
This place sold us a gift card for $75.00 that refused to honor because they cannot see it in their updated system. Do not buy any gift cards from them. Also poor management. Never refunded or replaced the card.
I had an unpleasant experience. Maybe the therapist I saw was having a bad day, nonetheless she was rude and coarse. My back is injured again because that lady forcefully pressed on my spine, after I explained I had a herniated disc. When we spoke of the desired force before the massage and I said medium, she interrupted me and said "well I go hard" I had to ask repeatedly for her to ease up.
