I have been trying to cancel my membership for MONTHS without a response. This place is the pits! Only two therapists - one being a woman who is extremely rude and it feels like I'm in a boxing ring and the other a man, which I don't feel comfortable with. Can't ever get a day or time that works for me. I have disputed all charges on my credit card. Stay clear of this place!
It was relaxing and perfect.
I have been member for 3 months and couldn’t be more dissatisfied. I’ve sent numerous emails to cancel my membership and nobody replies. I will contest with my cc company. It’s impossible to book with same massage therapist. I went to the Dulles location as a default and had worst massage. I highly recommend to stay away from ME.
If you get Laura, I recommend getting in a car crash and then going to the DMV. The people will be nicer and your body will feel better after. Everything Jessica says in her review is spot on.
I need to cancel my membership and I have emailed and called twice. NO RETURN CALLS!!!!!!!
