Sammy set up. Tried to cancel in-person was told a "manager has to handle and he's not available ". Manager called and after numerous attempts to argue why my husband shouldn't cancel he 5old him he would rake care of it. Now several months later we are still being charged. Now we gave to go thru disputing the charges.
Horrible customer service. Often cancels appointments last minute. Unreliable therapists. Worst Massage Envy location.
terrible. i’ve been trying to come here for months now and every appointment i schedule gets canceled. Today my appointment was canceled a hour before i needed to arrive which was more convenient. last time I was pulling into the parking lot, 15 minutes before my appointment suddenly whoever i was booked with called out. the person on the phone did apologize and said she would make a note for management. not her fault at all, but at this point i’ve wasted so much time trying to come here. i’m praying that i can book a massag... read more
I want to first say the providers are amazing. Great massages and treatments. Trying to schedule an appointment is the challenge. Limited availability and times. In addition, once you think you have an appointment, you will receive a call the day of letting you know they have to cancel or adjust your appointment. Out of my last 5 appointments, only 2 went as planned. I received an insincere call to adjust a makeup appointment they specifically scheduled for me. Bad business and extremely frustrating. Booked an appointment in advance, arrived and checked in. 2 mins after my appointment was supposed to start the manager informs me it’s been cancelled bc the massage therapist isn’t feeling well. I rearranged my entire day to make space for this appointment. Only to be told after arriving and waiting for 15 mins that I wouldn’t be seen.
