My husband and I purchased a massage for our Son for his Birthday. He made an appointment the night before and got a confirmation number. Some lady booked an appointment that same day, so they double booked. She showed up and they took her right away leaving our son sitting in the Lobby. Who does that to a customer. I think you should be embarrassed as an employee and owner. Is this how you treat people? He deserves a free massage for wasting 30 miles of gas and his time!! I finally managed to schedule a massage right when my sciatica was at its absolute worst, only to get a call 45 minutes before my appointment canceling it. Unfortunately, rescheduling isn’t an option anytime soon. I’m so disappointed—and honestly a little crushed. Apologies won’t help my chronic pain.
