Although the massage was great... I was gifted 2 gift cards from a friend that should have covered 2 massages. When my girlfriend couldn't use hers, I instead went to both, and because I had been there once before they considered me a returning client. I had to pay the difference.👎👎

Made my appointment, got a call the evening before to confirm appointment. Woke up to two calls from them saying they’re canceling for scheduling issues and have to reschedule. You confirmed my appointment and now you don’t have room? Guy on the phone was painfully unhelpful
I tried this place for the first time. The facility is nice and clean, a very nice ambiance. Reservation process was easy online. The massage was below average. Therapist was police and nice. However, she asked where I wanted my focus, I said back, shoulders, and really hold my stress in my head. She asked "Do you want a scalp massage?" I said "Yes." 45 minutes later, no scalp massage, just the usual spots on the back of the neck and at the scapula in front. Nothing on the head itself. Hmmm.
