I had a problem with Massage Envy in general about a year and a half ago, they kept canceling every. Single. Appointment. The morning of, usually! I can understand emergencies or sickness, and was patient for a bit with it. But every single one? No matter who I saw? I just wanted to find one woman and stick with her! Never left a facial with my face feeling more dirty than before service This was my second time to this location. The first time was a massage (about a year ago) it was subpar but I just accepted the poor effort on the part of the technician as I know they are underpaid and didn’t have the effort to review.
