the girl at the reception gave me wrong information about the payment! i had a gift card and a coupon for $20, she refused to use the coupon
I like massage, but the front desk customer service is a disaster. They want to charge you more and more. People often change there. They do not respect people’s time and peace. They charge me 27th of each month, and they start to charge 1 February. Today, again, calling that I have to pay again. I talked with a manager about the same issue. Went here for the first time with a gift card. Massage was fine. Front desk pushed me to make a second appointment, ended up needing to reschedule for an emergency.. which the front desk said no worries we’ll keep in touch. A week later I notice a $150 charge to my credit card.. I called and they said since I canceled the day of I get charged for the full amount. Terrible business practice especially when I wasn’t told that I’d be charged, let alone for that amount. $25 cancel fee I understand.. but being charged full price ... read more
Overall good massage, but their front desk and appointment teams are pretty bad and unprofessional! I was supposed to have an add-on for the foot exfoliation, but they mixed me up with somebody else’s appointment and when they discovered that they mixed me up with somebody else’s appointment, they started to laugh about it. They did not offer to do it right then for me. I have a hard time already scheduling time to do this for myself. Pretty frustrating experience.
