Donna has been my long time favorite at Massage Envy. Her experience shows. She is very caring about her clients needs.
I was sick throwing up and forgot my appointment. The young man who called me said I should still come in, but when I said that I had been sick 6 hours prior and that I didn’t want to get anyone else sick, he was all too happy when he informed me that I would still be charged half the rate for my massage per company policy. He didn’t care that I could have made multiple clients and staff sick. That was my problem.
