I've had only good massages and facials at this location but had a poor experience several weeks ago when I tried to tip my provider. I had both a massage and facial and intended to tip 18% for my providers. When I asked to tip, the front desk said it would be $52 for the tips. I was flustered and agreed to it because I didn't want t be rude and deny my provider a good tip- I tried to do the math and a membership 60 minute massage/facial is $75 each.
