Overpriced. They never answer the phone to make appts.( Canton) I paid for 6 month membership at $85 a month, I had 5 unused sessions. I wanted to give one of my sessions to my friend to use and it was going to be another $10 for my friend to use instead of me !! So another $10 for something I’d ALREADY paid for, and her to show up instead of me… so why is that $10 more ?!?!? Anything to get more money. They talked me into the contract, and everytime I have called, or went online to book since, they haven't had an opening. Yesterday they finally had an opening for today, then they canceled it with a text this morning. I called to try to book another, no answer, so I left a message, they didn't return my call. So they're taking my money, but not giving me the service I paid for. I think I should get my money back, and they should cancel the contract. Very disappointed.
Expensive and nothing offered after you're a member. Massages are lovely but it's overpriced and underwhelming.
Shane is the BEST!!! I have been going to see him for a few months now for massages and he is amazing. Even though I filled out an intake form a few months ago with areas that need more attention or areas to avoid, Shane continues to ask me Everytime if there is anything that needs focused on or areas that need to be avoided which really means a lot to me.
