Had a good massage, but was told after my first (60mins for $80) I had to sign on to a membership to keep that price, or pay $130/hr.
I’ve been looking into getting back into getting a massage and I so happen to call in to see my options with pricing and turns out they had a membership plan that can save me more money and get either a facial or a massage 🤩 I’m so happy I called this location ! The receptionist was very helpful and explained everything to me I believe her name was Alexis , she’s the one that talked me into getting a membership ! I’ll be calling to schedule my first massage I’m so excited!

Had an amazing massage this week at this location. The front desk girl was great Alexis, very sweet (I don't think she's difficult at all)! She smiled when I walked in and the new GM was so pleasant to work with! My massage therapist was knowledgeable and worked some very stressed areas. Got a membership and I cant wait to go back in two weeks! Wish there were more packages in a month! Atmosphere was calm and relaxing and clean!
Had a similar experience with the receptionist (Lexi/Lexus?) as D.Hilla. Wow. Rude and not easy to work with to make a simple appointment. Why work in customer service if you're not willing to be helpful? Lost my business.
