Dealing with Lexi (receptionist) is extremely frustrating. I often have to repeat myself because she doesn’t listen carefully. When there’s a problem, she isn’t quick to resolve it and instead spends unnecessary time explaining or making excuses instead of fixing the issue. This makes the process longer and more frustrating than it needs to be. I dealt with her multiple times on seperate occasions.
Great atmosphere to relax in, everyone is kind and professional will highly recommend everyone I know to get a message at this location from the therapists on site. My favorite is the face message.
Alexis did an amazing job. Would definitely go back to her! I was very impressed by her knowledge and experience.
I signed up for a membership and couldn’t use it due to lack of availability. You can’t use this beyond weekends or if you want to take time off work. Nothing after 5 and hardly any availability to any pressure points over light/medium. After my 6-months were up I tried to cancel. Currently I have two voicemails awaiting a response and have stopped by only to be told only the manager has access to cancellation paperwork and she would not be in… I left my name, phone number and email address and I am still waiting. Sylvia was a FABULOUS massage therapist. Professional, focused on problem areas and gave the right amount of pressure. I haven’t been to this location in over 10yrs, but was extremely impressed with her personal knowledge and talent. I would highly recommend Sylvia for a 60 or 90min massage. I got the CBD lotion, but it didn’t seem necessary. The price was on point too.
