This review is for the manager in the Redwood City office. I called to ask questions about my membership which I paid for in advance. Sofia was not helpful she was very rude. I will no longer come back to this facility after my membership expires. The customer service I received from Sofia was unprofessional. The person who answers the phone should know how to be kind and be able to direct the customer to the right information requested. Her attitude was “google it” those were her words.
Had a great service with Mariana! She was super sweet and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back soon
Really nice location, I have been going here for over 1 year now, nice staff. Most importantly, I found Dora, the best professional masseur who knows TCM meridians very well and is always able to ease my muscle pain～Highly recommended ～
Showed up on time. After waiting 20 minutes, was told that the therapist “never picked up her phone,” whatever that means. Eventually came to understand that there would be no massage. Maybe some other time. Receptionist seemed to think it was amusing.
