Showed up on time. After waiting 20 minutes, was told that the therapist “never picked up her phone,” whatever that means. Eventually came to understand that there would be no massage. Maybe some other time. Receptionist seemed to think it was amusing.
customer service is cool so are the massages however I don't appreciate when I'm called up hours after I've already left my appointment and asked why I didn't tip
I’ve been a member of ME for a little over 10 years! The Redwood City location is excellent! I typically get a massage every week. If I could to everyday, I would. Front Staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy chatting with them too. Massage Therapists are exceptional and well trained. Amber and Polly are my regulars, but I will go to any of their therapists if either one of them are booked. Ashley is a highly skilled esthetician. Knowledge and thourough.
