When I come to this location I am greeted by Sophia, she’s such a lovely young lady. The entire staff is very professional and I love the fact that it’s very clean. When I arrive Sophia always makes me feel so welcome with her smile and has time to chat with me. She is a real asset to this location
I’ve had my membership for almost 3 years now and every time its more disappointing. Given the price point I don’t usually expect a great massage but the service overall is deteriorating. Specially the Redwood City location! Last time I went I had my massage cut short, this time I reserved for an 11am (I even called!! Instead of booking it through the app) and its 11:26 and the masseuse has not arrived. This review is for the manager in the Redwood City office. I called to ask questions about my membership which I paid for in advance. Sofia was not helpful she was very rude. I will no longer come back to this facility after my membership expires. The customer service I received from Sofia was unprofessional. The person who answers the phone should know how to be kind and be able to direct the customer to the right information requested. Her attitude was “google it” those were her words.
Had a great service with Mariana! She was super sweet and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back soon
