My bestie and I went there today for a massage. I had Orlando and she had Julienn. Omg it was an amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly
My mom made two appointments (one for me and one for her). Apparently the masseuse who was supposed to do my massage quit weeks ago and no one rescheduled. The receptionist said that someone should have called my mom but no one did. There was no resolution besides one of us coming back several hours after the original booking time. I submitted paperwork to cancel my membership over two months ago and I'm still being charged. I had to go through a long, back and forth to get to that point. I called to resolve this issue (again) and the manager was yelling at her employees, screaming about how pissed off she was (I don't think this had anything to do with me). This person, in my experience, seems like a nightmare. I can only imagine how her employees feel. In the meantime, I've contacted the better business bureau and my bank.
