I usually don’t bother to write reviews but this felt warranted. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I booked online for a 4pm appt and I guess my appointment never went through, so they offered to put me in a 4:15 slot and have me wait in the waiting area. By 430 I had not been called to be brought back so I went back out to the lobby and the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and said they had no idea that I was waiting because the other front desk receptionist didn’t check me in as if it was ... read more
So I wanted to treat my husband for his birthday and I booked an hour massage which 50 mins is the massage and 10 mins is the prep time. The appointment was at 2pm I had to go to the front desk at 2:15pm to check to see why he wasn't taken on time. The receptionist said the massage therapist is running behind due to the previous client. Umm excuse me but someone should have told us that.
