Long time member (10+ years), and the service and quality at Willow Lawn has deteriorated significantly in the past several years. Turnover of staff and poor time/session management have been the biggest let downs. By the far the worst Massage Envy location in Richmond. Avoid at all costs. I have been trying to cancel my membership for almost a month and no one will return calls or emails. Instead, they keep charging me. I called in to cancel after my agreement was finished and the employee told me that I was good to go and had 60 days to use my 6 accrued credits. Unfortunately, they did not actually cancel my membership which lead to them trying to charge me again. The payment didn't go through because I don't have the funds; this is the main reason I cancelled. I wanted to do something nice for myself but regret signing up. This past November, I had a massage scheduled. I called the location and inquired about my membership and was informed that it was no longer active. Therefore, I canceled my appointment. A couple days later, I was charged $80 for a missed appointment fee. I called the front desk and the associate seemed annoyed by my request to speak to the manager.
