I tried to handle my Massage Envy cancellation the right way, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. I started the process a full week before my next charge because I was about to leave the country and wanted everything squared away beforehand. I called multiple times and kept being told I couldn’t sign the cancellation paperwork without a manager, but no manager was ever available. Nice place to get a massage. However, the music system isn't working so you must ask them to yous a phone or iPad. Also they say you get a 60 minute massage but it's really only 50. I do like the add on services they offer. Price wise, with add one, massage and tip you could pay 100.00 + easily. I purchased the 6 month package deal. I get one massage a month plus one free one. Total $70.00 each 50 min.
