Worst experience of my life, and I’ve had over 1000 massages. The therapist, Gabriella, was extremely rude and snapped whenever I asked for any areas to be worked on or not worked on. The manager was extremely rude and supported her behavior. Do yourself a favor and never come here. There is absolutely nothing they can do to change my mind.
I had a 60 minute massage with Brazil today and she did a great job. I’ve had a migraine for a few days now and booked an appointment last minute, she was able to provide me a relaxing hour long service with sufficient pressure and she focused on my head and neck to relieve pain like I mentioned. It was my first massage and she made me feel comfortable by answering any questions I had. I would definitely visit her at Ann Arbor’s Massage Envy again!

It’s been a week since I had my first massage at this location and I’m still bragging about to my friends and family. I booked a 90 minute massage with Michael, and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
