Michael is not only professional but incredibly talented. I walked in feeling stressed and walked out completely relaxed. The staff are always so kind and make every visit such a pleasant experience. I’m genuinely grateful for this location and know Massage Envy will continue to flourish with such a wonderful team!
I'm just writing this review to tell others to be ware that anytime you want to cancel or freeze your membership, they changed it a while ago to where if you call, they send you these weird forms to your email that you then have to try to figure out what to fill out and send back. Then they don't check their email or respond to you for over a week or more, and end up charging you again. This has happened to me twice now, once when I tried to switch my membership to a freeze plus cause I had too many credits, and now once aga... read more

Massage Therapist, Michael, exceeds expectations! Michael is knowledgeable and skilled in his craft and clearly adapts his techniques to the needs and preferences of his client. Additionally, Michael is adept at assessing if the customer prefers conversation or quiet, and is willing to share his vast knowledge on so many wellness areas if desired (when I want conversation, I learn a great deal)! I tried to handle my Massage Envy cancellation the right way, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. I started the process a full week before my next charge because I was about to leave the country and wanted everything squared away beforehand. I called multiple times and kept being told I couldn’t sign the cancellation paperwork without a manager, but no manager was ever available.
