Booked a same day 60-minute massage with Kimberly and she did an excellent job. It was my first massage and it was very relaxing! Definitely recommend for light-medium pressure!
Don’t sign up for their wellness program. It’s a trap if you occur to many massage it’s impossible to cancel. They got me and my wife for $1500 and never reimbursed us anything. Massage therapist made me feel uncomfortable and none of them know how to do deep tissue massage it’s not worth it.
I usually come here all of the time. The only time i’ve gone anywhere else is when i’ve had a better deal or a coupon elsewhere. I came here a couple weeks ago and i’m extremely disappointed with the way things went and I won’t be returning. I’ve had multiple massages and my tech was super sweet, but she informed me she was new. I could tell she might’ve been a little nervous, which is fine! My friend and I had an appointment scheduled for for today at 10 am. I scheduled with an actual person on the phone and am disappointed that when I got here they said the appointment is for next Thursday. The assistant manager just apologized and kind of shrugged their shoulders. This is the last day our kids are in school and it really needed to be today. He made effort to call anyone or see if he get another masseuse to come in. Very disappointed and angry.
