Have never had a good experience with massage envy and would never go again
Stopped in to buy gift certificates for my brother and sister. Front desk aced everything I wanted. Bing, bang, bong. If the backroom staff is as well prepared, my sibs should be as satisfied as I was. Fingers crossed, I'll report in when I hear anything. Cheers
I have seen many massage therapists over the years, but Brittney is my absolute favorite. She really knows what she is doing, she provides instant relief to my tight muscles, and I always walk out of there feeling amazing. I am already looking forward to my next visit with Brittney!
Don’t listen to the negative comments about this location. I have been visiting this location for more than 7 years now and I have never had anything other than a wonderful experience. I understand people’s concerns regarding their cancellation charges but after speaking with the locations associate to gain clarity they were able to explain that same day appointment cancellations are only charged if you don’t tell them that you need to cancel before the massage or whatever service you get or if someone just like doesn’t show... read more
