I had an absolutely incredible first-time experience here! There’s a wonderful relaxation room if you arrive a few minutes early with wonderful ambiance that gets perpetuated into the appointment. I found the masseuse knowledgeable, skilled, communicative, and personable which helped to build a relaxing environment and overall excellent experience. I came in with a painful knot in my back and left both melted and rejuvenated. I very much recommend Massage Envy as they seem to hire highly qualified individuals.
