Great massage when you can get an appointment. I joined as a member last year and thought that would make it easier to get it, but unfortunately most times I try to book there is no availability. They need to make sure they have coverage for all of their members if they’re going to ask for a commitment. If I’m paying monthly, I want a massage monthly period.
Trying to schedule an appointment here is a nightmare! No available appointments on app, and they don’t answer the phone. Such a disappointment.

I’m not happy about the availability of massage therapists. Schedules and people sick or leaving…Last minute cancellations… I’m trying to be understanding but bottom line -I just want a massage! I have been a member for ever and have also had a hard time leaving… ME does not make this easy! Services I have had were wonderful…. Facials and stretch, but I want a massage!
