Super disappointed waited two weeks to get my appointment because they never have any availability than the one day that I actually have time to go in and take time for myself. They cancel on me and can’t even get me in until the following Month. Do better, especially with things like this
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at the Massage Envy Middleton location in hopes it helps others avoid the same situation. I scheduled a custom facial after seeing the $80 price listed on their website. However, once I arrived, the experience quickly became uncomfortable. Great massage when you can get an appointment. I joined as a member last year and thought that would make it easier to get it, but unfortunately most times I try to book there is no availability. They need to make sure they have coverage for all of their members if they’re going to ask for a commitment. If I’m paying monthly, I want a massage monthly period.
Trying to schedule an appointment here is a nightmare! No available appointments on app, and they don’t answer the phone. Such a disappointment.
