I treated myself to a facial recently, but was disappointed in the end. I arrive 10 minutes early before my appointment. At the time of my appointment I was anticipating my massage therapist to come get me, but instead, I was handed an iPad with questions that they should’ve given me when I arrived. It took me about 10 minutes to answer all the questions about my health and skin.
