Arrived 15 minutes early as instructed for my confirmed appointment. Person who was supposed to do my treatment didn’t show up until 20 minutes after my scheduled time and at that point refused to do the treatment I signed up for stating she hadn’t seen me before so she couldn’t do it. Although I’ve had good experiences with the services I’ve received, I am giving this place a 1 star review because the franchise owner is refusing to honor the contract price agreed upon. I signed a contract stating that I would pay $70 a month for my membership and Massage Envy continued to withdraw $80 out of my account monthly.
