If I could give a negative number….i would. I booked an appt in the morning, and due to my job, I got called into work and was unable to make my appt. I called the facility over 3 hours prior to the appt and was told”same day cancellations are charged at half price.” I said I MADE THE APPT THIS MORNING!!! Absolutely ridiculous…..especially when you make an appt and unavoidable circumstances happen, the same day you make the appointment. Will NEVER use this franchise!!!!

I had the most relaxing facial ever with Sarah at Massage Envy! From start to finish, she created such a calming experience, and I left feeling completely refreshed. My skin looks and feels amazing—so hydrated and glowing! She was professional, gentle, and clearly very knowledgeable. I will definitely be booking with her again.
Benni is amazing. She has 15 years of experience! When I get a firm massage from her, I have pain relief for several days in a row (not just one day of relief) and I am not sore or with a headache. I recommend seeing her!
