The first problem was the masseuse not listening when I told her to not massage a part of my back (I was in pain for well over a week afterwards) and then blaming my posture and continuing anyway. The bigger problem, however, was the masseuse stopping 5+ times throughout the massage to hit her vape. That was just insulting, disrespectful, and undoubtedly unprofessional.
I got a great lady that did an amazing job. Everyone was super friendly and courteous
I booked a massage here a month ago for my wife and myself. The massage was good and went well. A month later my card was charged for another massage. They claim I booked a subsequent massage at my visit which I definitely did not. I never received any appointment confirmation the day I supposedly booked in person. They are not able to provide record that we booked a massage with them subsequent to our initial visit. Management is unwilling to rectify the situation.
