First time for us coming to message envy in Clarksville. Very nice facility. My message started 20 minutes late and was told she was going to make up for it. She did not. I paid for another person to get a message. Same thing happened and they messed their back up terribly. Mine as well. We have gotten messages at many professional places before and never had a terrible experience like this. Would not recommend them.

I have been a committed member for years. I have tried multiple different therapists, and Jason is the best of the best!!
I usually get a massage here with Valarie who is amazing but I come from Louisville and sometimes traffic can be horrible. Today I had an appointment for a 90 minute massage at 3pm and ended up late due to my phone dying 5 minutes away from the location. I had to go to a store and bought an iPhone charger for $25 at a circle k and ended up of course. Long story short I was 30 minutes late for my 90 minute massage and when I arrived, I was told that Valarie had went home and there is a 20 minute no show policy. This is horrib... read more
