This store refuses to answer their phone, I tried multiple times to call throughout the day to change or update my appointment but no one would ever answer. It makes it very hard to reschedule or update my appointment. I got charged the full 150$ for the appointment that I tried to reschedule or cancel but it was impossible because no one would answer the phone. I’m very disappointed.

My son made an appointment for me today and had put the appointment in his name because he didn’t know to put it in my name. Ashley said that if I was to come there and it wasn’t in my name I wouldn’t have been seen and my son should have paid more attention when he was filling out the form online. So when I called to have them change it the girl who answer I think her name was Ashley she was rude and no help. She told me that if I didn’t show up my son would be charge $75 which was half and they charged him the whole $150. ... read more

Sang is my massage therapist. He is amazing and adapts the strength of his massage to exactly what I need. He always checks on where we need to focus the massage from one massage to another. I always request Sang as I know he will hit all my knots... The front desk lady ( i can't remember her name-sorry blonde short/ curly hair) knows me by my name and remembers what days I am able to get a massage. She is always really nice.
