Horrible management (Bri Beasley). Very unprofessional staff up front. Talking about other clients in front of the clients. Employees are vaping throughout the spa, including in the rooms.Rooms are filthy. I honestly don't see how this location gets so many stars. Fake and phony people. Not professional whatsoever!
Kinley at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Love getting massages here i’ve been a member for a while and will continue to be.

I have a membership at the Eastgate location. While I enjoy the massages, I am very frustrated with the professionalism and support of the company. Per the membership contract, you are allowed to transfer a package every 6 months to a person of your choice. I recently scheduled a massage for my husband, and unfortunately, on the day it was scheduled, our grandmother passed away. Cancelling a massage was not even a thought.
