Everyone is so friendly and wants you to have the best experience from the manager, to the front desk people to the therapist. It’s hard to pick a favorite massage therapist, but Trinity is pretty amazing!
Somehow my one star review got removed from google reviews so I will leave another to warn potential clients of these scam artists, they WILL steal your money! When I went to view my bank statements, they had charged me for 110$ worth of services I had never received! I don’t leave reviews usually but I feel like I need to do the community a favor by giving this WARNING! Be aware of the services you are receiving and what they are charging you for!! I seriously don’t know how these people sleep at night!
Jenny was AMAZING! My neck felt so much better not to mention I fell asleep on her if that says anything. Best relaxation massage ever!
I would give zero stars if I could. I had the membership and the only reason I signed up is because I was told I could transfer the massage to someone every 30 days. I like massages, but my work schedule makes it hard for me to get a massage often. I thought if I could transfer some to my husband, we would get use out of it.
