I pay for the monthly subscription and needed to reschedule as something came up same day. They still charged me the full price of the service as a cancellation fee, even though I did not want to cancel only reschedule. I would understand a fee for cancellation but to pay for an entire service I am not receiving is unacceptable. Very unfortunate considering I pay for the service once a month even before receiving it. I would not recommend getting the monthly subscription, paying for each service is the better way to go. I'm a truck driver and been a member for 1 year going to different locations all over the USA. All locations had great customer service but majority of the massage therapist were just mediocre. I decided to cancel membership and used my last credit with Joe at this location. Joe was Amazing. Great personality and his hands were like magic. They cancelled my appt without informing me. They claimed they did call however I had no missed calls or voicemails so I’m doubtful of their honesty. In addition to this you pay for a 60 minute service and only get 40 as they allot 10 minutes to get undressed and 10 to get dressed which is a total scam when you really think about it. Dani, Jenn, and Meghan are incredible but I’ve been considering other options due to their chintzy business model.
