I would give zero stars if I could. I had the membership and the only reason I signed up is because I was told I could transfer the massage to someone every 30 days. I like massages, but my work schedule makes it hard for me to get a massage often. I thought if I could transfer some to my husband, we would get use out of it. I always leave feeling so much better and relaxed.
I’ve had a membership with Massage Envy for close to two years and I love it! I always look forward to getting my monthly massage or facial. Such a great and easy way to do my self care, which I definitely need as a mom to a toddler. When I come in the front desk receptionist, Kayla, is always so friendly and helpful! I’ve had facials with Crystal and Megan and they were AMAZING! If you’re getting a massage, you have to see Janet. You won’t regret it!
The massage services are good but the integrity of the owner and company is terrible. I signed up for a 6 month membership and stopped when my 6 months was over. They automatically kept the membership going without my permission. I was distracted by serious back surgery so I didn't see the added charges. When I caught the error, I asked for a refund and to cancel membership and it was denied. I can’t say enough great things about the Massage Envy in Eastgate! I joined the ME membership years ago in Strongsville,Ohio another great location. I’ve been to several locations in the US and paid member pricing at each one, a benefit of membership. I’ve been going to the Eastgate location for a few years.
