Massage Envy Geneva is an ENETHICAL, SCAMMING BUSINESS. Under no circumstances should you get a monthly membership. Been a long time member and cancelled. Had nearly $1,000 of unused massage credits and both manager and franchisee refused to refund or allow me to use the massage credits. Contacted Massage Envy corporate and they did nothing to assist in the matter. Didn’t even get a return call or email from corporate after contacting them several times.
