This is one of the worst locations in booking appointments. They will call to cancel the day of because their staff doesnt show up. Very frustrating, has happened to me the last 3-4 appointments I've had!
Twice this location has cancelled my booking on me
On the evening of August 12, I tried booking online for the next day. I tried to book for my husband at the same time, but it appeared to log me entirely out. The system never asked for my contact or payment information, and I received no confirmation. I assumed the online booking did not work. The next morning, I called to check and see if anything had gone through. An employee first said no appointment existed, then suddenly found one under the wrong phone number for someone else.
