Better than anything else in the area.
I was very disappointed in my experience today. I have had several prenatal massages and usually they use to side lying position. I am 9 months pregnant and I was put on my back for 30 minutes during my massage it was so uncomfortable and even when I mentioned that I probably shouldn't be the massage therapist stated that it was fine as long as I wasn't flat. The only thing that was elevated is my head On the bolster. The entire experience was pretty disappointing.
