The absolute most deceiving company with the poorest customer service. I had 4 free massages when I went to cancel my membership and they failed to honor. I would not recommend this company. Poorly managed, sub par services, and very rude. Stay far away.
I went into the back in January to buy gift cards. Maria accused me of having a stolen debit card because I am a Latina woman. She had the nerve to check my driver's license to make sure the name on my card and license matched. When I questioned her if that was necessary, she laughed and said there is no way a Spanish person can afford $500 in gift cards. No need for a call back, I will never go back to another Massage Envy again. Too bad the store was quiet and could have used my business.

Manager has horrible customer service and an “above all” attitude. I have tried to cancel my membership multiple times with no luck and now I am being told that I “owe” 3 months and will not be able to access the massages I have already paid for in advance. My first time going to this location was good, as to the reason I got the membership but every time after has been a nightmare.
