Overall, a wonderful massage. I only gave a four star review because of some difficulty making the appointment
Manager has horrible customer service and an “above all” attitude. I have tried to cancel my membership multiple times with no luck and now I am being told that I “owe” 3 months and will not be able to access the massages I have already paid for in advance. My first time going to this location was good, as to the reason I got the membership but every time after has been a nightmare. Maria was very unprofessional—she was rude, dismissive, and more focused on demanding extra money than providing quality service. My credit card was charged without consent. I do not recommend this location or interacting with Maria. Very dishonest individual.
Had a facial and the larger older lady used a chemical exfoliation that caused scabs. She used the strongest one she had. The front desk woman was very rude in person and on the phone. She tried to charge me for my free session but thankfully my card was locked.
