It was extremely relaxing and therapeutic and the staff are very nice! Would definitely go back.
I called early this morning to cancel my 3pm appointment because I have an emergency my son is sick and I have to take him to the hospital. I spoke to Tiffany the assistant manager and she wasn’t willing to waive the fee unless the appointment was booked even though I told her I could bring her something from children’s. That still wasn’t good enough for her. I have a membership there- so obviously I am going to be canceling that immediately. It's been too long since I had a massage and I'm glad I went to Massage Envy to get one! The service at the front desk was kind and welcoming, and the massage therapist - Heidi - was amazing! Definitely will go again soon!
I am new to the world of going to get a massage and boy do I wish I went sooner! All the staff was friendly, talked me through things since it was my first time. Heidi is fabulous!
Got a confirmation text yesterday and confirmed. This morning at 8 am, 4 hours before the appointment I got a text saying it was canceled with no reason the day of massages the day of, and not even there to answer a call back… I’ve had these massages scheduled for a month and it’s the only few days in I’m able to get together with my mother whose also got canceled with no reasoning. Honestly there is no reason BOTH appointments should have been canceled. I am furious. Thank you for nothing massage envy.
