Terrible service. The front desk is rude and unhelpful, they will screw you over any time they are given a chance. I have had multiple massages cancelled because suddenly they don't work there anymore. They can't keep a massuese there because it is run so poorly. I still have 5 hours of massages left and I don't even want to go there to use them. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. There is a reason they have had multiple class action lawsuits, so I would read up on them before signing a contract with these people.

I had a membership here for about a year. After canceling I was charged for services I didn't receive and not allowed to use my final credits. The massages and facials i received here were hit or miss with some therapists being unprofessional, lazy, and rude. The manager I spoke to after being charged for a facial I never received was also rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a fovor and find another place.
Showed up 10 minutes early for a full body massage, checked in right away. Taken to waiting area and no one showed for my appointment. Waited another 15 minutes and left.
