It’s always hard to find a good massage therapist that listens to you and is very consistent with how they provide their service. Naytese is amazing. I have been coming to her for a few months now and every single time I leave refreshed and satisfied. I’m so happy to have found a good massage therapist. She’s amazing and very personable too!

I called early this morning to cancel my 3pm appointment because I have an emergency my son is sick and I have to take him to the hospital. I spoke to Tiffany the assistant manager and she wasn’t willing to waive the fee unless the appointment was booked even though I told her I could bring her something from children’s. That still wasn’t good enough for her. I have a membership there- so obviously I am going to be canceling that immediately. It's been too long since I had a massage and I'm glad I went to Massage Envy to get one! The service at the front desk was kind and welcoming, and the massage therapist - Heidi - was amazing! Definitely will go again soon!
