Terrible customer service. Purchased gift cards for my daughter and I over a year ago for a full 60 minute massages at the intro price. When we finished our massage they charged an extra 50 some dollars for one of our massage. I had 3 people call me the day before saying they would honor the gift cards, but the manager that check us out was rude and did not honor them. Let’s just say we will not be using massage envy again.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Massage Envy. We paid for 6 months upfront, expecting to use the services we purchased. Unfortunately, when the membership was canceled, we were told we lost 4 unused visits that we had already paid for. There was no clear explanation about forfeiting prepaid sessions at the time of purchase. It feels unfair and misleading to pay in advance for services and then lose them due to cancellation. Terrible service. The front desk is rude and unhelpful, they will screw you over any time they are given a chance. I have had multiple massages cancelled because suddenly they don't work there anymore. They can't keep a massuese there because it is run so poorly. I still have 5 hours of massages left and I don't even want to go there to use them. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. There is a reason they have had multiple class action lawsuits, so I would read up on them before signing a contract with these people.
