Massage Envy in Montgomery (Eva st) is really good. Very hard to get an appt as there is only two therapists. We Go there very often and you need to book your appts in advance. Place is clean and organized and they don’t make you wait. Overall very good experience and happy happy costumers
I had to wait weeks to get an appointment on a Saturday because that is my only availability. After scheduling a massage, I made special arrangements for a care taker to relieve me so that I could have a "day off". About an hour before my massage, reception called to tell me they're canceling my appointment because they do not have the staff (for a prebooked appt). The manager is not there on Saturdays. They did not make an offer to get me in anytime soon or rectify the issue, just told me I can reschedule for another day. N... read more
