Massage and facial are great when you can get in. I feel I have difficulty getting the slots I'm looking for which takes away from the membership experience. Also since having my membership I have had two lets just call them “issues”, and they were pretty much addressed with get over it basically. To me and being in the customer service world in previous jobs; if my employees made a mistake, I would absorb the mistake over the customer. That doesn’t happen here, but they will tell you “No” with a smile.
I visited Massage Envy for a Mother’s Day treat, walking in excited and hopeful for a relaxing experience but unfortunately, it turned into an uncomfortable visit. I asked if I could record a small part of my session (and mentioned I’d put it away if it wasn’t allowed), but the masseuse went to speak about me with another employee.
