Very disappointed ! Was called 30 minutes before walking out the door for my wife's appointment. Made an appointment a month in advance for my wife mothers day gift, had to get a baby sitter for our two young children and arrange the world for this appointment. They didn't even have any appointments within a weeks time frame and offered NO Alternative or future compensation. It was our first & last time.... What a complete waste of a time !!
