Silly requirements for cancelation. You have to wait 10 days for a manager to call you back and she only work mon-thurs mornings. Plus the massage therapists are not great. I signed up at this location but use the other one on old Spanish, which I prefer. I shouldn't have to wait 10 days to cancel a membership, one of which ive already fulfilled the commitments for.
I had a wonderful experience. The woman who did my massage was tiny but mighty. She did a great job. She is the reason I decided to "join their club" for services.
The only reason I am giving this place two stars is because of the exceptional service provided by Veronica at the counter. She was fantastic. However, my experience with the massage therapist, Tracie, was unacceptable. I arrived with a stiff neck and clearly explained my condition to Veronica during check-in. Tracie, however, immediately began working on a hematoma on my back, despite my request for her not to since it is sensitive.
