Repeat customer. We made our appointments 6 weeks in advance. They called us 4 times in a month to change one if our times. We chose to make our appointments so far in advance so that we could have massages at the same time. Today another call to change one of our appointments. Nope canceled both. Not playing their game anymore. I hope this review helps others decide that this location doesn’t think of their customers as well as they put out that they do in their social media posts!
Massage was amazing, really made sure to work out all the muscle knots and stiffness. I recommend using the oils as it feels and smells amazing, they have a great selection to pick from. They have a custom form you fill out so that you can puck what they work on which is preferred. Felt refreshed and so much better-thank you!
Please DON'T get a membership. 1. There is nowhere to see your credits online. 2. Transferring credits is always a problem. 3. You have to cancel your membership 10 days before your renewal date. Why? I have no idea. If you don't, they HAVE TO charge you another month. Again, I don't know why. I tried to cancel my account 5 days out, which seems like a reasonable timeline for any membership. 4. They do NOT send you renewal reminders or opt outs.
