Cannot say enough about the service by the front desk and the masseurs. The front desk, all of them, are beyond friendly, professional, and exude kindness. Just outstanding!
Massage was great. 2 days in a row i utilized massage envy. ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND. was so happy i scheduled 3 of my employees to get a massage. Day before, i receive a calll Requesting a credit card on file. I refusee. I will NOT ever utilize Massage Envy again. At any location. The utilization of your credit card is to charge a no show fee. I am NOT a member. No show is to be inforned at the time of booking. And i booked in person. 1 week earlier. No one needs this type of abuse. Bye
I recommend this place over any. I've been to a ton of massage places all over town, never had a better massage in my life. I recommend Jose, but I'm sure they're all great here and actually care to do a great job, and are very helpful. Customer service up front on point as well. This place is literally life changing. I'll never stop coming here, or go anywhere else.
They say 60 min massage and they only give you a 40 min massage ..it's false advertising I don't recommend it unless you want to pay 80 dollars for 60 minutes and get 40
Silly requirements for cancelation. You have to wait 10 days for a manager to call you back and she only work mon-thurs mornings. Plus the massage therapists are not great. I signed up at this location but use the other one on old Spanish, which I prefer. I shouldn't have to wait 10 days to cancel a membership, one of which ive already fulfilled the commitments for.
