My massage therapist is fantastic. So much for the positive. I am sick of corporations forcing me to do things so they can save a penny and Massage Envy is no different. Now I have to tip using a different system than the one that pays them. This is a new change and while they try to sell it as a good thing, it is only to make their lives easier. I am forced to continue to come here despite requesting a refund. They cancel frequently last minute. I call day before and get a 7am phone call I have been canceled next day. “New” manager Carla says she is “looking over place”, thanks me for my negative feedback, and does absolutely nothing to make my own experience better. Carla clearly takes no responsibility for the poor customer experience. Great staff and always relaxing
Complete rip off. I booked the appointment for 90 minutes at $120. After I was done the person at the front told me it was actually going to be $195. The massage was not good but for $195 complete rip off.
