After being a member for many years, I will be canceling my membership. My credit card was stolen, which prevented my auto pay for membership from being completed. Beyond receiving an obnoxious amount of phone calls and text messages to get this information updated, I was also unable to utilize any of my prepaid credits or make an appt online until I had a new credit card on file. Karen was my massage therapist and that was one of the best massages I have ever had in my entire life. I’ve been so stressed out and it helped a ton. If you ever go to this location, I highly recommend going to Karen!
Not only was the front desk girl very nice but Karen my massage therapist was amazing! Great pressure and found knots I didn’t even know were there!
They cancel on me last minute and then charge me 50% cancellation fee. This place is poorly managed and not interested in customer care.
