Agree with other reviewers...my therapist was fine for medium, but when I booked they did NOT tell me the max intensity for the therapist was medium. Im a firm/deep guy and have been for the past 10+ years that I've been a member. This has honestly never been an issue because I'm usually informed AHEAD of time what the intensity ranges are.
Nicole is amazing—attentive, skilled, and always leaves me feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend! Hanna is always warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She makes every visit smooth and pleasant from start to finish while always taking care of my scheduling needs! Ben G
